Journeyman/Foreman Plumber

All Out Plumbing is looking for a full time plumber for commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a journeyman/foreman with a Michigan license.  We are looking for someone with project oversight experience who is able to plan, layout, and organize a project. • Michigan Journeyman license 
• Insurable driving record 
• Experience in project oversight
• Able to lift minimum of 75lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Bending,  reaching, and stooping
• Standing for long periods of times and ability to climb ladders
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills  
• Must work well with others 
• Must be able to work under stress of deadlines 

• Managing a team of 3 or more installers 
• Review blueprints and confirm the project scope, budget, and timeline 
• Delegating tasks as necessary 
• Document materials and equipment used 
• Communicating with site staff and producing status reports for upper management
